Modern Russian Kitchen
Birch & Rye presents a modern interpretation of Russian cuisine. Using premium and niche ingredients, the restaurant reimagines Russian food through a California lens, featuring unique takes on traditional plates that are deconstructed.
Among the light & seasonal dishes are several gluten-free and vegetarian options. A standout beverage program, which features handcrafted infused vodkas, complements the food offerings.
